Together with Wai Mo we will practice the tools of meditation from the comfort of our own spaces! virtually every Friday from 2-3 pm. August 12 - September 2, 2022.
Each week will land on a different topic and will support our well-being and hopefully help us feel more connected and engaged.

Practically Speaking is a series for our grownish girlproject family aged 16-20 years old. During this session, we will be guided by DeShauna West Anderson of The MelloWest Space in making room to communicate with our minds, bodies, and spirits. This workshop will allow participants to learn wellness tools to encourage them to prioritize the internal and external parts of themselves. The vision of the workshop is to learn and try on wellness tools which include: Breathwork, Meditation, Body Movement (Chair Yoga) Intro to Chakras, journaling, and sharing what is present. Come to this session with an open mind, and heart, ready to ground with yourself.
"GIRL Project is a girl group founded by Claudine. She wanted to teach girls how to become. And they learned about Self-defense, singing and so much more. I personally went through GIRL Project as a young teen and loved it. You can really be yourself there.
You should enroll your girls there. They would really love to have a group of friends and push them to come and have fun. And they learn how to cook and others, and they perform everything they learned so family and friends can come see. I was a host for some of the performances for GIRL Project.
I wrote this article because I want people to know how fun it is to be a GIRL Project member. Everyone who is a part of GIRL Project is amazing."
