Youth Art Program for Girls
This just in! News Update
GIRL Project is in full swing this Fall with our ongoing Nature Connect and Practically Speaking projects. With the support of the Akonadi Foundation and individual donors, we're getting food from Mandela Groceries for our GIRL Project youth and families. If you would like to support our program, donate here!
Our Practically Speaking series is for grown girls aged 16-20 years old. Join us for our third workshop on navigating some of the more complicated parts of growing up. Our next session will introduce how to heal from trauma and practice kindness to oneself and others as a tool for independence.
When: March 6, 2022. 1:30-3:00 PM
Register at tinyurl.com/practically-speaking for the Zoom link.
"GIRL Project is a girl group founded by Claudine. She wanted to teach girls how to become. And they learned about Self-defense, singing and so much more. I personally went through GIRL Project as a young teen and loved it. You can really be yourself there.
You should enroll your girls there. They would really love to have a group of friends and push them to come and have fun. And they learn how to cook and others, and they perform everything they learned so family and friends can come see. I was a host for some of the performances for GIRL Project.
I wrote this article because I want people to know how fun it is to be a GIRL Project member. Everyone who is a part of GIRL Project is amazing."
